Modern life has got many of us stuck indoors; whether it's in a stuffy workspace behind a PC or in the house doing a never-ending list of chores, it seems there is so little time to really feel and move our bodies or spend quality time in nature. If this sounds like you, isn't it high time you hit the stop button and took dedicated time out to move your body and re-connect with yourself and the world around you?


Our Yoga, Hike & Bike Program offers a daily Yoga Sadhana, combined with a daily hiking or biking adventure in inspiring locations around our paradise island. Your daytime activities are supported by two daily delicious and nutritious meals, and relaxing evening programs, including Satsang, meditation and other restorative activities, as agreed, alongside plenty of time each day for you to recharge in whatever way suits you best.


Led by Suncokret co-founders, Eve & Steve, this is light-hearted retreat adventure is intended to get you tuned up and into your Self and Mother Nature so that you can breathe, move, feel, be, and connect again.

Morning Sadhana 

Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice that includes a balancing blend of techniques to help you "tune into" yourself, the intentions you have for your life, and for the day ahead. Traditionally, chanting, pranayama, meditation, asanas (postures) & deep relaxation are key ingredients of this process.


The purpose of sadhana is to help you to start your day in a sacred, disciplined, and focused way. These 90 - minute sessions, will awaken you profoundly; aligning you to your body, mind, and spirit while preparing you to greet life's daily adventures with a sense of inner peace and clarity.

Hike & Bike 

Hiking and biking is intended to provide you with an energizing (not exhausting) soft-adventure each day. The outings will take place in various locations around the island, guided by our sample itinerary, while the actual route we take to get there will be according to what fits best based on our participants' fitness level, wishes, and weather conditions.

Daily Time Out 

In addition to the yoga & soft-adventure program, you will have dedicated free time each day to spend on location or back at the retreat so that you can fill your batteries in whatever way suits you!

This personalized retreat program comes complete with flexible booking options that enable you to join us according to your availability within the dates given. Sign up for a minimum 2-night stay and stay up to 11-nights by combing this retreat program with our Yoga B & B program as a warm-up.

Program Schedule
Day 1 - Arrival

16.30: Free transfer service from Stari Grad Port, Welcome Circle, Dinner, Welcome Tour of Dol Village


Days 2 - 5 - The Daily Rhythm

8.00: Morning Yoga Sadhana

9.45: Brunch & Karma Yoga

11.00: Daily Adventure followed by Free Time: (sample itinerary)

  • Monday - Hike to Stari Grad through the ancient vineyards, fields and noble olive groves of Dol, spend the day in Stari Grad, Bike Pick up just prior to returning to the retreat by bike

  • Tuesday - Bike through Ager (the Stari Grad Plain) to reach Soline Beach, where you will spend free time, and bike back to the retreat again in the evening on your own when ready

  • Wednesday - Bike through the Inland Villages backroads to reach Jelsa Town, where you can spend free time, then follow the coastline to Vrboska, through Ager, and finally to Stari Grad, where you will drop-off the bike and return by transfer service to the retreat

  • ThursdayHike to Sv. Nikola (island pinnacle), return to the retreat, free time at the retreat & dinner


18.00/19.00 (depending on the season): Dinner & Karma Yoga

19.30/20.30: Evening Program including Satsang, Meditation, movie night, and other relaxing activities, as chosen by the participants

22.00: Mauna

Day 6 - Friday Day of Rest & Relaxation - Alternate Program

  • Morning Yoga Sadhana in nature, followed by a picnic brunch, optional holistic or spa treatments, etc.

  • Sunset Program in nature, followed by a dinner/wholesome celebration in town (in which case a packed lunch will be provided instead of dinner on that day)

Day 7 

8.00: Morning Yoga Sadhana & Closing Circle

9.00: Brunch

10.45 - Check-out & transfer service to the Stari Grad Port
