This personalized retreat program provides a range of flexible options on when, how, and how long to spend your retreat time with us so you can relax, refresh, rejuvenate your way!

This classic program, led by retreat co-founders, Evening & Stipe, offers a balancing blend of integrated holistic yoga sadhana, island exploration, two daily delicious and nutritious organic meals, evening meditations, and daily time-out each day to recharge your batteries in whatever way suits you best! 

 

Relax

After the morning program and brunch have concluded, why not relax the day away in the safe and cozy shelter of the retreat space and take some time for you? Daydream in a hammock under the olive tree, soak up the sun rays in a corner of the garden, unleash your artistic vision using our dedicated art supplies, borrow an inspiring book from our spiritual or travel-and-leisure library, or curl up on one of the sofas with a fresh cup of herbal tea, chatting with a retreat mate or just soaking up the silence. Relax your way... this retreat is about YOU! 

 

Refresh

Within our light daily schedule, you will find there is plenty of time to refresh yourself fully by exploring our beautiful island abundantly fascinating with its wide range of ancient towns, quaint villages, gorgeous beaches, and noble pinewood forests. Take advantage of our complimentary daily transfer service to the best spots on the island, or explore on your own by foot, bike, scooter or car rental... there are so many options to choose from and we'll be happy to help you decide!

 

Rejuvenate 

In addition to the yoga, island exploration, and meditation program, you may also dedicate a portion of your retreat time to working one-on-one with our resident Holistic Therapist, Evening Marie, who offers a range of treatments and workshops aimed at helping you gain balance and find your true self again. 

Your Way

This personalized retreat program comes complete with flexible booking options that enable you to join us according to your availability within the dates given. Sign up for a minimum 2-night stay and stay as long as the program dates are available. And if you want to make it last, why not stay on for an additional week of our Yoga, Hike & Bike program, which will bring a little soft-adventure into the retreat time with us.

Daily Rhythm

8.00: 2-hour Yoga Sadhana

10.00: Brunch & Karma Yoga

11.00: Free Time: Create your own plan: explore the island or remain at the retreat, enjoy optional Holistic Services by Appointment

18.00: Dinner & Karma Yoga

19.30: Evening Satsang, Meditation, Consultations, etc.

22.00: Mauna

Alternate Itinerary (usually at end of the program week)

Morning: Optional Yoga Sadhana in Surprise Location, Picnic Breakfast, Optional transfer to/from nearby town/beach or return to the retreat +

Evening: Sunset Drive / Hike + Optional Dinner in Local Restaurant (priced separately) 

 

Saturday afternoon - Sunday afternoon "Cross-Over Stay"
Yoga and meals are not typically scheduled during this time. Any guests staying during the cross-over period are invited to manage their own free time and may use the retreat facilities for personal practice and leisure, and to prepare simple meals. 

This program is interwoven into our weekly itinerary, to provide a complete holistic retreat adventure on Hvar Island - the Suncokret way!
