One to One Yoga...
Work with a yoga therapist to focus on any part of your yoga practice that you would like to develop, while creating healthier lifestyle habits and improving your knowledge of yoga as a system for holistic well being, in general.
This general one-to-one yoga program is suitable for a variety of needs and is open to both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
As agreed, the sessions can focus on developing knowledge and skills in one or more practical areas, such as your asana, breathing, mediation, and/or chanting practice.
We can also include discussions to broaden your understanding of yogic history and the various styles of yoga, or we can brief you on yogic philosophy, walk you through spiritual anatomy, and offer holistic yogic lifestyle advice to help you deal with various issues and concerns.
This program will empower you with the wisdom, confidence and motivation needed to continue with a meaningful, ongoing practice after returning home.
