Yoga for Empowerment

Next, you will work with the therapist to learn useful yogic techniques (i.e. asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, kriya) that are ideal for helping you attain mastery over key aspects of your being that have you feeling stuck.
The program will give you a newfound sense of control over the way you experience your life and its challenges, as you steadily work toward establishing equilibrium and empowerment, through your dedicated yoga practice.
