Mindfulness Retreat

Welcome to a meaningful and memorable yoga retreat that will have you totally relaxed and experiencing yoga in a heightened state of mindfulness, known as 3-D awareness.

This week, enjoy 2-hour traditional morning yoga practice; including pranayama and meditation followed by asana and deep relaxation, and afternoon workshops on useful yoga therapy meditation techniques that help to overcome stress and restore inner well being.

Program Itinerary

  • Sunday Afternoon - arrival, personal consultations & Nadanusandhana (healing meditation, introduction & practice)
  • Monday Morning - Introduction to daily sadhana; pranayama, warming & loosening exercises, classical sun salutation variations & key asanas
  • Monday Evening - Introduction to Yoga as it applies to total personality development
  • Tuesday-Saturday: Daily morning sadhana
  • Afternoon workshops:
    • Tues - Mind Sound Resonance Technique
    • Wed - Meditation for Stress Management
    • Thurs - Pranic Energization Technique
    • Fri - Pooja - a ceremony which acts as an excellent cleansing process, involving mantra chanting and the making of an "offer" which cleanses the mind & atmosphere, and creates a fresh, clean start.
