Olive Harvest

"The beautiful olive tree with its silvery leaves and gnarled trunk has been a symbol of abundance, peace, victory and wisdom for over 4,000 years."

This week, we will be harvesting olives and learning about their historical and symbolic significance, in order to emulate the magical qualities they draw out in us during the retreat experience. It goes without saying that we will incorporate this delicious fruit into our cuisine.
